WHAT CONDITION ARE THE ITEMS IN?

We are selective in the luxury goods we purchase and sell only new or gently used items. All of our gently used items typically are stainless and have no abrasions, scratches, or tears. Every item has a description of its condition, or images of any signs of wear. We do not sell items that are damaged, stained, or significantly worn. 

ARE PRE-OWNED ITEMS CLEANED OR RECONDITIONED PRIOR TO BEING LISTED FOR SALE?

Always. All of the leather pieces that we receive go through a multi-step cleaning and rejuvenation process by our in house leather conditioner. All wrinkled pieces are dry cleaned and steamed as well. Our accessories are cleaned, polished, and in many cases reconditioned by the manufacturer. For example, our Heather Morra designs are hand brushed and conditioned by the artist. 

ARE ALL ITEMS AUTHENTIC?

We authenticate all of our items pre-sale. Most of our bags come with official designer paperwork and/or cards. If you have any questions regarding our authentication process, please do not hesitate to give us a call to ask. 

HOW DO YOU PRICE ITEMS?

We base this on several factors: the quality of the item, the uniqueness of the item, the condition of the item, the original selling price, and the current sale price of similar designer items. We price based on fair market value. 

DO I HAVE TO PAY SALES TAX?

We only collect sales tax for orders shipped to the District of Columbia or Maryland. 

DO YOU SHIP TO INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS?

Yes. We ship our luxury goods worldwide. Please be aware that we will require additional billing account information to process international orders, and also additional shipping fees are required. We will email you a confirmation form for you to sign and send back.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR AN ORDER TO SHIP? 

Shipping and handling typically takes 2-3 business days, unless it is an expedited package or international delivery, in which case shipping duration will vary. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Unfortunately, all sales are final and no returns can be accepted. We offer the opportunity to resell purchased items, online, as a consignor. Please feel free to call us at  (202) 333-1598 if you have any further questions. 

WHAT ITEMS CAN I CONSIGN? 

We accept authentic, pre-owned luxury goods that have been gently used with no significant defects. We are selective in the designers and do not focus on designers that do not have a strong presence. We accept items that we know have a history of selling well and fit in with our store's collection of pieces. 

WHEN DO YOU ACCEPT SPRING/SUMMER PIECES?

We accept Spring and Summer pieces from January 1st to June 15th of each year. We accept Hermes year round.

WHEN DO YOU ACCEPT FALL/WINTER PIECES?

We accept Fall and Winter pieces from July 1st to August 31st of each year. 

WHEN DO YOU TAKE RESORT PIECES?

We accept resort pieces from November 1st to July 31st of each year.
