WHEN WE'RE OPEN
We are adding buffer time between clients to allow for proper cleaning. We usually prefer that you’re early, but for the near future, we would prefer if you are right on time for your appointment. Please keep in mind, the buffer time is not cushion for clients running late. Please be on time for your appointment. Clients who are late will miss their appointment. Our cancellation policy is still in effect. If you are not feeling well, we require notification the night before your appointment.
We will be able to see you as long as:
-You are feeling well. If you are coughing, sneezing, have a fever, or are showing any cold- or flu-like symptoms, please reschedule.
-You have not been exposed to a confirmed case of COVID-19.
-Yu have practiced social distancing for the previous 2 weeks.
-You have not traveled outside the DMV for the previous 2 weeks.
-You are not at a higher risk for severe illness.

For your appointment:
-Take your temperature in the morning before your appointment.
-Please avoid public transportation if you are able to.
-Come alone. Do not bring anyone with you -no friends, family, or children.
-Wear a mask or face covering. We will also be wearing masks. Our services require close proximity to clients. Please help us with these requests as they are for your own safety as well as our safety and that of other clients. We have a a supply of face masks if needed.
-No food or beverage will be allowed inside, nor will any be provided.
-Wash your hands upon arrival.
We will be sanitizing high-touch surfaces, dressing rooms, doors and floors between each client. We will continue to practice strict social distancing in our private lives . Please help us in making this a smooth transition back to normalcy by doing your part to protect yourself and others.
